Currently we largely cover acne, eczema, rosacea and psoriasis as these are the conditions that affect the most people.  We will be adding bonuses and modules on additional, niche skin issues as we grow.

We do not cover skin cancers, boils, skin tags, cysts or other growths, skin aging, or procedures that are strictly for “beauty” purposes and cosmetic enhancement.  We also do not currently cover hyper or hypopigmentation, though we may add some discussion of those issues as they relate to the trauma brought about by inflammation and imbalances in the body. 

Holistic Skin Circle cannot give you a diagnosis of your personal skin condition.  For that you will have to visit a doctor as only a licensed medical professional can issue a diagnosis.  We provide you guidance on how to do that effectively, how to converse with doctors, and how to make decisions about possible treatments.

We also do not currently offer individualized coaching, though we may offer some options in the future as we grow.

We have found community to be a crucial part of helping people make significant progress on major life improvements like skin healing.  Your behavior is influenced by the people surrounding you, so when you surround yourself with other people that are also dedicated to skin healing your progress will naturally be greater.

The forum is where you can bring questions about the course material, ask other participants for recommendations, discuss what is working and not for you, get emotional support, and find additional resources like products, recipes, treatments, and practitioners that other members recommend.

Skin healing takes place at different rates for everyone, so individual results will vary widely.

Some people may see benefits from changes made within days.  Other people may need weeks or months to see significant differences in the skin.  Skin cells take between 1-3 months to turn over depending on your age, so improvements can be occurring below the surface that take a while to show up.

One important aspect, though, is that you can feel better about your skin and your journey even if your skin is not exactly where you want it to be yet.  Having confidence, community, and the appropriate tools and resources will help you tremendously.  Part of the results we focus on are in feeling better day to day regardless of flares.  Feeling better can occur right away, and can be maintained indefinitely.
